1. Who you are contracting with

Orders are dispatched from, and authorized returns are received at, our fulfillment centre at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630.

2. Eligibility

This website is intended for adults. Customers under 18 years of age may not place an order.

Orders are accepted and shipped within the United States only. We do not accept orders with a shipping address outside the United States, and we do not forward parcels to freight consolidators for onward export.

3. Prices

The table below is the complete published price list for this store. It is generated from the same catalog that supplies the shop, the product pages, the cart and the checkout, so the amount you are charged is always the amount shown here. All figures are in United States dollars.

Prices exclude any sales tax that may be applied at checkout based on your shipping address. No other charge is added to your order.

Multi-item pricing

Where an option contains more than one bottle or more than one sleeve, it is priced below the same items bought individually. That is the entire basis of our multi-item pricing: a quantity discount, available at all times, with no expiry and no condition attached to it.

4. Payment

Every order on this website is a single one-time payment for the items in your cart. There is no subscription, no auto-enrollment, no recurring billing, and no future shipment of any kind.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is taken when you place the order. Your card statement will show the charge as ZELVANTA WLBHUB. If you do not recognise a charge on your statement, call 833-541-6910 before contacting your bank and we will identify the order for you.

5. Shipping

Standard ground shipping is included in the listed price of every order. There is no separate delivery charge and no minimum order value.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days once collected by the carrier. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is received. Authorized returns are sent to 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. The conditions, the process and the refund timing are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information and claims

Joint Flex Support Capsules are a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The Adjustable Knee Compression Sleeve is a fabric garment. This product is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition — it is intended for general comfort and support.

Where we describe a supplement, we say that an ingredient may help or provides support for a routine. 8. Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where a price or description has been published in error, where we cannot verify the billing or shipping details, or where the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to the original card.

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties.

We collect only what is needed to take payment, ship your order and answer your questions. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold, why we hold it and how to have it removed.

10. Text messages

Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchase. Account notifications and marketing messages are two separate permissions, each given individually on our updates page and each withdrawable at any time by replying STOP.
