The Adjustable Knee Compression Sleeve is a plain piece of fabric equipment — no batteries, no electronics, no heating element, nothing to charge. It pulls on like a long sock and sits over the knee, and two hook-and-loop straps let you set how firmly it holds above and below the kneecap independently.
Sizing is by measurement rather than by shoe size or trouser size. Take a soft tape around your leg about 4 inches above the middle of the kneecap, standing, with the leg relaxed. If your measurement falls on a boundary, take the larger of the two sizes — a sleeve that is slightly roomy can be drawn in with the straps, while one that is too small cannot be let out.

- How do I work out my size?
- Sizing is by measurement, not by your usual clothing size — the two rarely line up. Measured 4 in above the middle of the kneecap. Take the measurement with a soft tape, standing and relaxed, and read it against the chart alongside.
- What if I fall between two sizes?
- Take the larger one. Anything slightly roomy can usually be drawn in, while something that arrives too tight cannot be let out and tends to roll or dig at the edge.
- When would I actually use it?
- Most people reach for it around a defined stretch of activity — a shift on hard floors, a long walk, an afternoon of yard work — and put it away afterwards. None of it is meant to be worn or used continuously through the night.
- How tight should it be?
- Firm enough to stay where you put it, loose enough that you can slide a finger underneath. If the limb below it tingles, goes numb, or changes colour, take it off and ease it before putting it back on.
- How do I clean it?
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before storing it. Let it dry completely before it goes back in a drawer.
- Does it need batteries or charging?
